Role

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious developer with great frontend and backend skills. Our engineers are involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle from the initial idea through prototyping and shipping the final product. You need to write clean, compatible, powerful user interfaces with speed and you should have a passion for innovation, experimentation and playing around with the latest technologies. 

Responsibilities

Role

We’re looking for talented NLP/ Machine Learning/ Deep Learning data scientist with strong engineering interest in building unique and transformational B2B product. Our ideal candidate has entrepreneurial spirit, is a strong data driven thinker, loves working in fast paced environment, is experienced building and deploying models and is passionate about taking on challenges, impossible solutions related to information gathering, information extraction from structured and unstructured text using natural language. Our models are in English language with a plan to scale them to other languages. Most importantly the candidate should also have a passion for customer experience. This position will be a part of our growing machine learning team. 

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and implement, new and large scale applications related to natural language processing,  machine learning and data science systems.
  •  Produce high quality code with excellent reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain existing code, fix bugs, and contribute to overall system architecture.
  •  Explore novel ideas and solutions and communicate ideas clearly

  • Strong background in computer science fundamentals is required.
  • Master or Ph.D with a focus in NLP algorithms, machine learning, or a related field. 
  • Experience working with large data-driven projects, data science, deep learning and neural networks and have solid mathematical knowledge. Understanding the computational tradeoffs of different machine learning models will be an asset.
  • Experience in compiled languages such as Java, C, C++, or another production language
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services is absolutely required.

Role

As a FunnelAI Business Development Representative you will be primarily responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads primarily in the Auto Dealer vertical.  This individual needs to be highly motivated with the ability to develop new business prospects from multiple sources including leveraging FunnelAI inbound prospecting tool, outbound marketing activity, prospecting lists and personal discovery through individual research.  This individual needs to be a self-starter with an energetic personality and drive. Proven success to reach key decision makers is essential, and strong knowledge in Automotive sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business through inbound leveraging FunnelAI, outbound lead activity and research the company to identify new prospects
  • Nurture prospects in Hubspot through email and communication efforts
  • Identify key decision makers within these auto dealers and cultivate relationships through meaningful follow up to develop a relationship that will allow you to understand their technology plans
  • Update and maintain Hubspot records on assigned prospects and or campaigns through reports and or dashboards
  • Maintain outbound call average of 50+ dials per day
  • Work directly with Chief Revenue Officer to leverage expertize or guidance.
  • Audit lead activity for campaigns and report back to management through weekly reports. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful experience in outbound calling, preferably in auto dealer vertical.
  • Experience working at auto dealership is highly desirable and experience using social media is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing sales at auto dealerships
  • Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence 
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Role

You will represent FunnelAI in the marketplace and be vital to not only our success, but also our partners’. The Dealer Success Manager is responsible for product training, relaying best practices, and assisting with process change management as needed in order to ensure dealer success with FunnelAI’s Solutions. In addition, the Dealer Success Manager will participate in the development and continuous improvement of our training curriculum, as well as delivering observed feedback to the FunnelAI organization for product improvement, material clarification, onboarding, etc. FunnelAI Dealer Success Managers are on the front line of our company and we expect them to be an active participant in our evolution!

Measures of success for this role

    • Dealer satisfaction as measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other surveys
    • Efficiency of sales staff at partner dealers as measured by sales and conversion
    • Tool usage over time by trained dealer personnel
    • Dealer partner retention

Roles and responsibilities

    • Train customers on how to use FunnelAI software and administrator portal
    • Regular cadence of dealership partner visits (80% travel)
    • Deliver basic to advanced level training (internal and external) during in-person sessions as well as regular in-person and remote follow up
    • Provide refresher and new feature/functionality training to dealership personnel
    • Present best practices and establish repeatable processes compatible with dealership selling strategies
    • Provide process change recommendations to dealers to allow them to fully take advantage of FunnelAI’s prospecting solution
    • Gather and distill feedback to drive product improvements and recommend product enhancements
    • Present reports and analyses of dealership performance, relative to previous months and other dealerships
    • Assist in the development of training curricula and content updates
    • Maintain industry, product, and competitor expertise

Minimum qualifications

    • Thorough knowledge of automotive retail transactions, including financing, leasing, service and protection plan offerings, and trade-in valuations
    • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to develop business relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
    • Comfortable utilizing online tools, CRMs, and other software as a service (SaaS) products
    • Strong problem solving skills and ability to objectively manage conflicting priorities
    • Ability to multitask in a frenetic environment without getting stressed out
    • High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
    • Process driven but flexible enough to adapt processes as required by clients
    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
    • Ability to travel 80% – regional and national

Preferred qualifications

    • 3+ years of dealership relationship & training experience
    • Strong understanding of dealership technology systems (eLeads, DealerSocket, DealerTrack, VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc)
    • Startup/early stage company experience
    • Strong relationship management skills, understanding that it’s not always about the correct answer, but how you deliver the answer
